We do include a snack on our tours. Most breweries will have food trucks available during our public tours. You are welcome to bring this food on the bus or enjoy in the brewery. Please make sure to check in with the food truck when we arrive at the brewery; depending on arrival time food can be a wait. Please feel free to bring along any food from home too! For our Private and Corporate tours we can incorporate food, just ask!
Yes, Private Group Tours are available. Please select the type of private tour you would like from our navigation bar. Select one of our packaged tour or have us custom build one!
Yes, gift certificates are available for our tours. Please click on "About" and then "Gift Certificates".
Yes, we only offer tours in English at this time. Please email us if you would like to make arrangements for your own interpreter to join the tour.
Yes, there is parking located near the meeting point. Street parking and parking ramps are near by. On-street parking is not recommended because of length of tour. We have different starting locations so please check out tour details to learn more about parking.
Our regular scheduled buses are not wheelchair accessible. We do have wheelchair accessible buses that are available for private tours.
Yes! Unless you would like a custom pick up or drop off! For private tours your pick up and drop off locations are per your booking details and can include a different drop off location or multiple pick up and drop off locations.
Gratuities for good service are always greatly appreciated on our public tours. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15-20%. Gratuities is included in our private tours.
Yes, bathrooms are available at each brewery and are not available on our regular open air, 12 or 30 person coach. We have a large transportation fleet and does include motor coaches with bathrooms. These are available for our private tours.
We do not provide a waiting list.
You are welcome to bring alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks on the bus or growlers purchased from our participating breweries. No hard liquor. We support our local brewery partners, and hope you will too by purchasing a growler for the bus or your enjoyment home. Cups are provided. Please check tour details or our private tour details for additional specific rules per tour.
Yes, you must be at least 21 to join the tour with a valid ID.
Yes, advanced ticket purchase is required because Tours typically sell out quickly. Please book tickets well in advance to maximize your chance of getting the date, time and number of tickets you prefer. Tickets can only be purchased with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express online or by calling 612.750.9898.
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, as they guarantee your spot on the tour. We cannot provide partial refunds for no shows, late arrivals or partial attendance.
